Milky way and Jupiter

Milky way and Jupiter
High up on Sullivan Rock so I was above the trees. At the very end of the night I took this at ISO 800 2 min time just look at the single shot detail. I have no bias files for this shot as it a one off but its been processed through Lr. Kind of as per-normal. I thank my wife who can out for an hour but left after Midnight as she saw the things unfold before her eyes like me to get to this shot.

PIP well worth the look and the read..

its good to see that 5 months of trying to get to here has paid off and that sometime you have to think outside the square. I cant wait for the rain Clouds and the moon to have a real go at this.

Its a shame you have so much light pollution cause you would see the same well not quite the same but close enough. you would enjoy the challenge much like Herb.

this is the things I grew up with in books I am glad to be able to get them as well in real life. taken a very long time to get even close but its been worth it.
