I waste/fruitfully spend a lot of time just standing and looking at things, Rosa. A walk lasts 3 times as long if I'm in the mood for taking photographs. ;-)

Simply beautiful! The ripples in the water add interest and make the reflections look impressionistic.
Oh yes, I'd also love to live by the sea....

The little Nikon D40 that i used for this was a favourite camera of mine, Gudrun. I was sad when it got wrecked in an horrendous storm off the Norwegian coast. Thankfully it was still working at this point.

I wish we lived nearer the sea now too. It isn't that far away, but the roads to the coast are so busy - well it is the UK - and it takes quite a long time to get there.
