Thank you for helping with the project. You can start in your own backyard!

EXAMINE THE GROUPS YOU ADMINISTER.
1) Are any of them in disuse? Close and delete them on your own (if you need help doing that, ask in this discussion). [Sometimes what started as a group should really be an album because not enough people joined in the group.]

2) Do you find any groups you administer that you want to delete, but can not because there are other inactive administrators? Report them in the "Report groups that should be closed and deleted" discussion.

EXAMINE GROUPS YOU ARE JUST A MEMBER OF.
If any of them are inactive and you think they should be deleted (or merged with other groups on the same topic), then Report them in the "Report groups that should be closed and deleted" discussion.

-- Group url,
-- 'Delete' or 'Needs New Administrator', or 'Can be merged with xxxxxxx'.

NOTE: All final group deletion decisions will be made by this group's Administrators.
