▶️ Stage 3: Groups administrated by Club accounts

Concerns groups where are at least one Club account member as an administrator.
Officially stage 2 will start after Stage 1.
Suggestion for a procedure
1) Contact Club admin, and ask to go through their groups. Ask to either give list of group name/URLs, which can be deleted, and allow us to do the deletion (easier).
2) If option 1 found too difficult by the admin, GroupBuster Sami joins to groups, and posts contribution where deletion suggested.
3) If not reply from the Club member administrating neglected groups within months(?), then we may consider further actions (groups closed by force?).
