Looks yummie, except for the fact that a) I don't much like too much dough in anything (thin crust are/were the ones for me) and even if they're made with wholemeal flour (I'm diabetic), they can be no more tan a once a year treat, if that!

It’s very different from any thin crust that I have ever seen. Quite honestly the topping is so good you could leave the base. But stick to what you like/allow yourself to have.
