I saw the man working on the top level of scaffold. Luckily I had my camera close and the guy used the ladders few minutes later.

As said to Wierd, I considered staging it ;-) So, I suppose the "someone" can be oneself... =D

There would have been cool ladders safe enough to climb up and for example take a "feet shot" from top of the ladders.
