Testing old tricks...

...on same old subject is fun. I followed (or tried to follow) my own two year old instructions to replicate the effect. It kind of worked. Although, some adjustment on layer opacity were needed, and "outlines" could be thinner.

Within two years there's a new hotel building erected, which now fills the opening between the office buildings.
