That probably means that you are visually impaired, in which case you would have difficulty climbing over the two stiles in the path leading to the crossing. If you managed to climb those, you should hear a loud blast from the train's horn, unless you are deaf as well. In fact you are more likely to get knocked down by a car speeding down the access road to the neighbouring scrap yard.
