Poundstretcher trolley - Newhaven Town Station - 25.10.2014

I sent this photo to Poundstretcher's customer care department as it was about a mile from its home and it's from a small branch with very few trollies.
It's probably trying to work out how to get the rubbish in the bottom of its basket into the litter bin without hands and arms.
