Mickey's ImageWorks' photos
1hr painting
|
|
First painting made on my very own easle, with my very own paint and brushes. Allowed myself a little extra time as compensation for the time I lost picking of the loose hairs (brand new brushes seem to lose more than a few....)
One hour painting.
|
|
At least 20 years after I held an actual, physical brush, I was challenged to start painting again. The ultimate challenge was creating a painting in a 1hr timespan, as well as getting comfortable with acrylic paint, as I was used to working in oilpaint.
I had a blast and was pleasantly surprised as to what I accomplished in that one hour,.....
Definitely more to come soon!

This is a photograph of a modelkit I built at least 30 years ago,..... In reality it looks a bit more tattered than in the picture, but thanks to the possibilities within the magic that is Photoshop it still looks great!;-)
Lost

An adaptation of a very old photoshop painting I made years ago.
No photo's were used, this is a pure drawing/painting.

Dragonfly

This is a very old picture, taken with a compact HP Photosmart R507. It was a very large Dragonfly, it's wingspan was about 8-9cm.
"......Can you see it.....?"
Welcome.....???

The latest arrival (today) welcomed by the Pit Droids I got last week.....
The little guys were a little shocked...;-)
Mystery

Found in the garden a few years ago around a dead stem, no idea which plant it used to be but kept it as a natural work of art.

Another one from the liquid series, again, lifted from another site as I lost the original in an HD crash. Hence the small size.

Took this picture yesterday in my garden, the frog and the fly (which surprised me most) didn't move at all as I got closer?
I missed the moment, but I have to report the fly did not survive.......;-)
0h well,..... who lives forever......?

Another tabletop production, a variation in the "Professor Layton/Alien" collaberation.;-)
I promise, there may be one left, after that I'll move on to other subjects...;-)
Some photoshop process was applied........
