Man-flu, yes it’s probably a real thing or is it what I am told “It’s just the time of year”. Long term Vitamin D may help me a little but I have to admit to as many days ‘feeling poorly’ as well since November started. Get Well!

I've had a flu jab..........so I expect it would have been worse if I hadn't and I take a vitamin D supplement in the winter. I'm pretty much OK now and have been out for an hour or so today.
