Thanks Laura...............we're so lucky to have them. They seem to be very comfortable around us humans, especially if there happens to be any food going.

We have a pair visiting our garden at the moment..........I think they must have a nest and young nearby! They're a joy to watch.

We had a surprise on our front door in April. Some type bird decided that our dried Christmas wreath was the perfect spot for a nest. It's hard to see, but it is definitely a nest. Never saw any bird and no eggs as they probably figured out it wasn't a good place pretty quickly - but fun to see the nest up close.

Such a lovely story Laura.............but such a shame the bird never used the nest............although it would have been very inconvenient for you :-))
