Southsea Street Art

A huge department store in Southsea finally closed down after being in trouble for some years. While a decision is made about the building the council covered the windows and seem to have allowed local street artists free rein. The results can be quite spectacular. I took his in the rain, hence the slight reflections on the pavement.
