Southsea Street Art

A wonderful piece of street art found behind the now closed Debenham's store in Southsea, Hampshire. Unfortunately, I can't make out the name of the artist.
Schlomo Moichele, Berny, Jörg, Anton Cruz Carro and 13 other people have particularly liked this photo

I like this little smiling eye behind the glasses!
I know Southsea, not for any street art (there wasn't any then) but because I had the finest tennis match victory in my life on the courts on the front (4-6 5-7 19-17 6-4 6-1) - in 1976 against an old school friend who had moved to Southsea and who had been the school tennis champion.
I had never played him at school, I prefered cricket as my summer sport.
Keith Burton club has replied to Andy Rodker clubThe tennis courts and club are still there. I've never played tennis or cricket myself - rugby was my sport when I was (much) younger!
