That is definitely a lily by its leaves, stalk and shape of bud. And as for the type I'll hazard a guess...Montezuma: www.flowersense.nl/product/lilium-oriental-montezuma. There are many species of pink, deep pink and ruby lilies though, so who knows?! :)

That pirate flag picture was yet another that I considered trashing because it was so MEH! by itself. My opinion sure did change with just a few minutes fooling around with filters! :) Hooray!
