Have a wonderful weekend!
HFF!
HFF, Keith, and a wonderful weekend!
HFF, enjoy your weekend.
That lighthouse is a total knockout...and I think I've seen at least one other picture of this beauty photographed by you...I expect I fell all over myself expressing my enjoyment then too. The black and white are marvelous and so very crisp. The wonderful textures of the brick and golden grass are very pretty too, and the fence is just right as well.
Thank you for the wonderful comments on my last presentation! As to your question about the prayer stones--we witnessed various people on different trails around Vancouver Island randomly erecting little piles of these stones. I don't know about where you live, but in the US and on VI, it seems to be a fad to make these piles. Steve and I think it's kind of dumb, personally...if folks were actually doing it to be spiritual, that's one thing. But it's just a fad and so instead we find them to be quite annoying, especially when they are made in spots that just don't belong. In this case it was neat because there were dozens of them, like a rocky convention! Folks created them large and small--from boulders large enough I know I'd not have been able to lift the stones, to bitty piles fit for a mouse. It was fun to see as we passed by!
I hope you're healing up well! You're in my thoughts! *big hugs*
HFF and HANWE! :)
HFF, Keith! Hab ein schönes Wochenende!
Keith Burton club has replied to Diana Australis clubWe've had it quite easy weatherwise...........Ok, it's rained nearly every day for ages, but in my area we're quite safe from flooding. It's not been so good for folk in the midlands and further north, or in Wales. Can't complain really (but of course I will)!
Greetz and happy weekend, Christien.
