A stunning capture Keith! My neighbour also has a magnolia and I agree, the flowers don't last long enough. I pass a lot of them with unusual colours on my weekly trips to Yeovil, but unfortunately not really possible to stop...I wouldn't be very popular if I did ;-))

Oh KEITH! This is GRAND!! I have taken lots of pictures of magnolias but none like this. The delicate beauty and details are so pretty. It resembles a flying bird actually! :) Wonderful natural framing and nice flower bokeh too. :)

I'm glad you enjoyed my last presentation--that lake was really special and frankly, I couldn't do it proper justice. It's the sort of place you'd need to spend all day studying and taking many pictures everywhere you went. So this is just one little part but I did capture a bit of the grandeur of this place. Also, it made me happy that you liked the forest pano. I did take a bunch of forest shots but this did the job for showing what it was like. :) And also, ty for the nod to my mono boat shots, they are always fun to do...one of them was a selective color, with only the Canada flag in red! :)

I hope you're healing up well...I expect you're probably still a bit uncomfortable. :( Well, let's hope you're fit as a fiddle soon! :)
