Yes, I think it gives a journalistic look to the image, which I feel is a good social documentary of the Nuit Blanche

I see a lot of grain in the enlarged version.............but no matter, it reminds me of newsprint. A perfect look for this subject matter! I really like it.

Thanks, Keith. I don't worry about grain any more. As Can Pac Swire says, in the age of photoshop perfection is old hat. More seriously, perhaps, I've always liked the photo so decided ten years after taking it to ignore the grain.
