Well, I'm glad there is a bold arrow to tell my eyes where to look! If I get to looking at the other traffic signs I think there is no parking and the other one implies that I don't need to stop, at least between certain hours. If I sound confused, I am.

That seems to be the main goal of Toronto traffic signs, Bob.
