Thanks, Sarah. This is a food court. I was drinking a coffee from a shop that's in the building but not in the food court. The shot was taken through a gap in ferns (I was lounging in an armchair in the lobby). I felt like Arte Johnson, if you can remember his signature bit on Laugh-In, but I'm sure you can't. I wasn't really peeping, though. The woman walked into the shot. Actually she made the shot. The versions I took without her were grim. I was probably scratching my neck, too. Your skin gets dry in winter, eh?

Verrrry interesting picture. I agree that the woman makes this excellent shot. I have been grateful to many unknown people who have appeared in a scene at the just the right place and time. Thanks for the reminder about 'Laugh-in'.

Thanks, John. I have often had that experience, too. In one way the randomness of the scene is often infuriating, but I think more often i end up with a better shot than the one I intended. I certainly did here. Yes, Laugh-In was a spectacular breath of fresh air back in its day. Arte is still going strong at 89.

I like the man in the corner of the frame, his rubbing the back of his neck a typical gesture of age and aches. This contrasts with the young girls' smooth, youthful face and the way her pony-tail gestures at he back of her neck. She sails in dominating the frame as he shrinks into the corner.

She did sail in ,too, Steve. AN important contrast I hadn't thought about. Thanks.
