AMAZING REFLECTIONS

I think peace is hard to imagine, but I think it's important that we put positive energy out into the world, and for me that is about having faith in humanity. Things are hard, but we can improve - we can move forward, yes we can.

"Give peace a chance" is what we all want, as long as we do not put our interests first. But I am not young and I have been defending this aspiration for too long, alas.
I still have not yet found a body ready to defend this idea, Laura, except for associations and organizations far from governments, which unfortunately still have too little power. The padlock of decision-making powers, still in the uncertain aftermath of the COVID crisis, does not bode well for what we are aiming for...
The short-term economy, money alone, prevails. And I've turned heaven and earth to find an alternative. Alternatives exist indeed, but their outcome exceeds our life expectancy, which should not prevent us from investing in them - I believe like you that we do...
