Merci Véro, oui, la récolte dans notre jardin était très généreuse cette année, beaucoup de fruits (et donc des vitamines ;-)) Bises et bonne soirée. (Cette nuit sera sûrement pas douce, la tempête Ciaran soufflera!!).

In den USA haben sie obst angenommen. Man hat sie irgendwann jedoch mal gewarnt, es nicht zu tun, sondern nur originalverpackte süssigkeiten, weil irgenwelche perversen rasierklingen und nägel ins obst gesteckt hatten!

Danke Gudrun. Ja, sie sind erst nach einem guten Frost geniessbar, meistens im Dezember. Dann werden sie geerntet und im Keller auf Zeitungspapier aufbewahrt. Nach 2 Wochen (für die natürliche Gärung) können sie als Kompott oder Konfitüre verzehrt werden.
