Old cider cellar with blue door

It is an old cider cellar of which there are still many in my region. After being put in barrels, the cider is stored in the cellar. Afterwards follows the bottling, or certain ciders that are worth it will be stored. As the intensity of the flavor and alcohol concentrates, the flavors are more stable and therefore good for cellaring.

Il s'agit d'une ancienne cave de cidre dont il y en a encore beaucoup dans ma région. Après avoir été placée dans des barils, le cidre est stocké dans la cave. Ensuite suit l'embouteillage, ou certains cidres qui valent la peine seront stockés. À mesure que l'intensité de la saveur et de l'alcool se concentre, les profils de saveurs sont plus stables et donc bons pour l'encavage.

Dies ist ein ehemaliger Apfelweinkeller, von denen es in meiner Region immer noch viele gibt. Nachdem der Apfelwein in Fässer angesetzt wurde, wird er im Keller gespeichert. Danach folgt die Abfüllung, oder bestimmte Apfelweine, die es wert sind, werden gespeichert. Da sich die Intensität des Geschmacks und des Alkohols konzentriert, sind die Aromen stabiler und daher gut für die Einlagerung.
