Dunmore House

Dunmore House
This is an HDR panoramic that I took of this old ruin. Dunmore house was once inhabited by the Lords of Dunmore, but is now in advanced decay and partially demolished at the back. There is a large basement to explore underneath too. I took this picture over 10 years ago and it is all overgrown now as all the seedlings have grown into trees.

This must have been a stunning building in its day, and today a wonderful "Lost place" for photographers.

Beautiful building, although it needs 'some' maintenance.

Thank you Jaap. Yes this building is done. It is much for overgrown now and the back of it has fallen down!

Two years ago we visited the Dunmore Pineapple. Is this house near there?

It is and it's a good circular walk. I used to walk my dog there often.

There's an old tower and big redwoods on the walk as well.
