Sunrise in Glen Affric

Sunrise in Glen Affric
I took this in the morning after a night of wild camping in Glen Affric when I was walking the 44 mile (77km) Affric Kintail way. I was rewarded with an awesome night sky and the sunrise was just amazing. I got so many pictures I hardly had time for breakfast! This was one of the pictures with the sun bursting through the misty Scots pines.

The best time for such moody pictures my friend. Love the misty rays here, a subject after my own heart but sadly I don't see nor capture as much as I once did. A great area to explore too, one that I hardly know. ⭐ Congrats!

ps to have the whole Glen Affric in the Keyword list you must put it into quotation marks ie "Glen Affric" :)

Thanks Herb. It's certainly worth a visit as the old pines there are remnants of the original Caledonian forest. I love exploring it and have been several times. Many thanks for the tip on the quotation marks too.
