Thank you very much Laura. I seem to remember 'Scotland the Brave' but it was a long time ago and my memories are of this wonderful warm and friendly Scot who told us about the Glen and Scottish folklore - and even the best place to buy cakes. He siad he bought one every day he was there to take home to his wife. He was a real character playing to me and letting Roger take pictures of us. We were still laughing miles down the road!!

Thank you Guni. I am pleassed he made you smile. He was a really lovely man but I guess it must be quite hard work playing bagpipes. He did look like he was out of puff!!!
He really made my day though and was full of stories. Maybe some of it was to give him time to ge his breath back but fascinating nevertheless.
