Eisblumen - Frost flowers

Im Bild ein Fruchtstand der Wilden Karde (Dipsacus sylvestris) zusammen mit den vertrockneten Stängeln anderer Wildpflanzen. Bei dem zum Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme herrschenden Dauerfrost hat sich ein wunderschöner Raureif mit markanten Eiskristallen auf den Pflanzenteilen gebildet, die im Gegenlicht glitzern.
