Der Sperling und der Centurio - The Sparrow and the Centurion
Auf der Aussichtsterrasse an der Unteren Brücke in Bamberg ist die Großplastik "Centurione I" des polnischen Künstlers Igor Mitoraj aus dem Jahre 1987 aufgestellt. Ein Hingucker für viele Touristen und natürlich ein begehrtes Objekt für Selfies. Näheres zu diesem Kunstwerk hier:

The large sculpture "Centurione I" by the Polish artist Igor Mitoraj from 1987 is placed on the viewing terrace near the Untere Brücke in Bamberg. An eye-catcher for many tourists and of course a coveted object for Selfies.

Man sollte interessante Objekte zweimal besuchen (falls möglich). Morgens waren die Touristen da und das Fotografieren war fast unmöglich. Deshalb ein zweiter Besuch dort am späten Nachmittag. Jetzt war der Platz menschenleer und das Spätzchen auf der Plastik war die Belohnung :)
