Ja sicher, Gudrun. Es sind Lebensmittel, da sollte Hygiene eine große Rolle spielen. Aber auf jeden Fall attraktiv, die große Glaswand. - Allerdings weiß ich nicht genau, ob manchmal vielleicht auch die Kunden und Besucher geschützt werden müssen. Käse riecht manchmal. ;-)
