A holiday week has begun in 3 of Austria's populous federal states (Lower Austria, Vorarlberg and Vienna). In Germany there is a holiday week in 4 federal states (Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony-Anhalt). There will be more next week. Ice crystals that have formed on a branch over several days of permanent frost. (Winter is taking a break here at the moment. But there will certainly still be many cold days here in February). ~~~~~ Eiskristalle, die sich über mehrere Tage Dauerfrost an einem Zweig gebildet haben. (Der Winter pausiert hier gerade etwas. Curd cheese cake has everything you need after a training session: especially plenty of protein if you reduce the sugar in the recipe. Of course, when you bake it yourself, it tastes exactly as it should. ~~~~~ Topfenkuchen hat alles, was man nach einer Trainingstour braucht: vor allem viel Eiweiß, wenn man den Zucker im Rezept reduziert. The mountain restaurant on the Harschbichl (1,604 m) was packed today. The marvellous summer weather had attracted many day tourists. ~~~~~ Im Bergrestaurant auf dem Harschbichl (1.604 m) war es heute knüppelvoll. There are only 26 days left until the Vertical Up in Kitzbühel (Tyrol, Austria). So now it's time to make a bit of an effort in training! (Best training time last year 1h18:33) I therefore added another 400 metres in altitude (see PiP). ~~~~~ Bis zum Vertical Up in Kitzbühel (Tirol, Österreich) sind es nur noch 26 Tage. Da heißt es nun: ein bisserl anstrengen beim Training! (Beste Trainingszeit im Vorjahr 1h18:33) Hab deshalb weitere 400 Höhenmeter draufgelegt (siehe PiP). ~~~~~ The mountain On top Rest My Reward
