Mountaineers Rule #11

"Be sure-footed"
It' not a question of age, it' a question of routine! Every child is able to balance via a small bar. Getting older, our body and our mind forget how it works. But we can learn it again. And it will be very helpfull in many situations of our normal life. It prevents for downfalls, most important for elder people - like me!
~~~~~
"Sei trittsicher!"
Das ist keine Frage des Alters, sondern eine Frage der Routine! Jedes Kind kann über einen schmalen Balken balancieren! Wenn wir älter werden, vergessen unser Körper und unser Unterbewusstsein, wie das geht. Aber man kann es jederzeit wieder erlernen! Was auch für unseren Alltag nützlich ist. Gerade, wenn man älter wird. Denn ein geübter Gleichgewichtssinn schützt vor Stürzen (siehe Link) - wichtig vor allem auch für Ältere, wie mich!.
