Die Altstadt Straßen in Hanoi sind wenn überhaupt nur für Motorroller zugelassen. Nicht untypisch für Vietnam ist die Stromverteilung die rechts im Bild zu sehen ist. Des Öfteren sind an solchen Masten nicht nur die Stromzähler wie im Bild gezeigt anzutreffen sondern auch Lautsprecher für die Propaganda die morgens genauso monoton nieseln kann wie der warme Regen.
