The Sunday Challenge - Ice
Our winter this year is a constant freeze and thaw cycle that creates ice water and below the water is more ice. Car tracks from my back alley.

I did not notice the waterfall until I processed this frame.
My original intent was to get a nice pastoral shot with the low golden light illumining the scene.

The Sunday Challenge for February 14, 2016
Photograph a symbol that means something to you.
These are my graduation tassels from my 2000 and 2012 graduations. The story for me is significant. The first took me 22 years after my first graduation from university. The other one took another 12 years. Two masters degrees from seminary and an enormous tick off the bucket list. I finished the last one just in time to retire.
They symbolize more than an education. They represent a lot of what happens between a start and a finish.

There is drama from every angle of this wonderful bronze sculpture. I was able to check off a few items on my bucket list, including this one, in this museum.
