The approach looks very slippery, Gudrun. At least you had some cold and dry weather. A very pretty drinking fountain, with a very elaborate 'shelter'. Doe the fountain still produce good water?

Thanks a lot, Amelia! Thankfully the footpath wasn't slippery:-) The fountain has the usual Stuttgart tap water now, obviously the water quality from the spring was seen as too variable.
Actually, Stuttgart (district of Bad Cannstatt) has copious mineral springs, only Budapest has more!
