Christmas cookies/ Schwäbische Gutsle (PiP)

Saturday Self Challenge: Holiday food - includes candies, baked goods, beverages, just anything that relates to this holiday season wherever you are.

An assortment of traditional Swabian Christmas cookies. These I bought at our neighbourhood bakery, they are hand made and taste (nearly) as good as home made. I didn't get around to making my own this year, it's a lot of fiddly work;-)

Schwäbische Gutsle von einem der besten Bäcker in Stuttgart- war dieses Jahr zu faul zum Backen und die sind fast genau so gut: Zimtsterne, Zedernbrot, Bärentatzen, Haselnussmakronen, Butter-S, Terrassenbrötle, Vanillekipferl....

Doch, Nüsse darf ich essen, aber die Plätzchen dürfen nicht mit solchen aus Mehl in Berührung kommen, da sie kontaminiert sind (Gluten wirkt wie Gift :-( ). Ich könnte aber die mehlfreien Plätzchen trotzdem nicht kaufen, da in der Bäckerei auch Mehl verarbeitet wird. Aber ich kann damit gut leben, es gibt auch für mich noch viele Leckereien.
