Bourgueil - Pizza

I know that pizzas were baked in Italy as early as the 18th century and that at the end of the 19th century a pizza was created in Naples that was named Pizza Margherita after King Umberto I's wife.
The French chefs took over the basic recipe from the Italians and invented a completely new pizza.
