In Malaka

In Malaysia, I started down here, near the tip of the peninsula and traveled up toward Thailand.

Today I was thinking of buying a slide/negative scanner to transfer some of these old pictures to digital but...

I have this old unit that I could mount on my old Minolta, film camera, to make dupes (duplicates) of slides. Alas, it wouldn't fit on my digital camera. Soooo I just finished making an adapter to mount it on my digital.

These two pictures are the result of that experiment.

Hum. I don't think I need to buy the scanner, what do you think?
