That's "The Garage" ... note the petrol pump !

From 2006 to present [2025] it has been the workshop for Stanegate Restorations & Replicas. Unit K1.
For the first three years we were in the left hand side [door & two windows], then we moved to the larger right hand side [three windows and door] until 2015[?] when we combined both sides into one operational workshop, there is a dividing wall with a connecting door.
