MoW - artwork in glass

It took me several minutes to work out what this piece of glass artwork really represented.
It hangs in the window of the Chatterbox Cafe, in St John's Chapel, a small village in Weardale.
.
.
It's three cyclists, one in a yellow shirt ... representing the Tour of Britain.
Quite a few places have yellow bicycles displayed, in celebration of the Tour passing through a settlement.
