HBM Tharandt Saxony Germany 16th April 2023

On the Sunday morning of the 15th Dresden Steam Engine Festival two steam-hauled specials from Dresden to Freiberg ran in parallel from Tharandt southwest of Dresden.

One of the pair was this freight train headed by Deutsche Reichsbahn Class 52 2-10-0 52 8154-8 waiting in Tharandt station for the second train which was running an hour late.

I confess I wasn't concentrating on the bench when I took this shot.... Anyway HBM to everyone. Have a great day.
