Sunburst


The temperature is -30C this morning, which is warmer than the forecast for tomorrow morning of -34C! The windchill factor makes it even colder. Needed a splash of warm, sunny colour, so here's a small flower, maybe an inch across, showing off it's centre details. I have a volunteer shift this afternoon, otherwise I would stay home in the warm and not have to struggle to get my front door screen door open and the car started, like I did yesterday. Stay warm, everyone!!
I was so disgusted by the article below, "Giraffes gunned down for family holiday "fun"! I fail to understand how these people can proudly pose for photos of themselves, standing next to the beautiful animal they have just shot and killed. They obviously have no shame or embarrassment!
