Winter magic

Just a photo to show those of you who never get snow and cold (and I mean really COLD, lol) temperatures, how amazingly beautiful the landscape becomes. I love it when every blade of grass is edged in tiny ice-crystals, but this doesn't usually last long. No sign of crystals like this when I was out on a walk this morning at Bebo Grove, Fish Creek Park. When I'm walking with friends, I usually just don't have time to stop and take macro shots of things, but really look forward to doing so when we get some more snow/frost, plus sunshine.
