Hanging drops of colour

This plant in the Conservatory at the Calgary Zoo has such delicate, pastel coloured buds. I don't think I could find a label near the plant, so I don't know what it is. I'll add a previous photo below, showing the flowers when they are open. The buds remind me of those tiny iced gems or those mint candies, if you know which I mean.
