Coming Home Today!

My father has been in hospital for the past few weeks (2010) - an infection caused some seizures. He was pretty out of it for awhile with no clear sense that he would rally around or be himself again. It's been quite a December.
But here he is - back on track - reading up a storm and greatly enjoying the attention from all the nurses who think he's a stone riot.
He's worked his way through the meager hospital library while awaiting his "release."
Me: So, what did you think of the James Patterson book?
Him: (Scoffing) It took me about four sentences to realize what a load of old tripe he writes!!
(he's a non-fiction man all the way except for the occasional Agatha Christie.)
He is absolutely thrilled to be getting out and coming home - despite all the laughs and appreciation he's been getting there!
