I think that possibly the man 5th from right is Harry's uncle - or possibly Agnes' brother in law who worked on the White Line shipping company while living inEngland, but not sure entirely sure.
If so, II believe that he and his wife emigrated to British Columbia. Someone on another site thought this was in Canada. There are what look like Asian men in the photo - and the building behind them looks wooden, rather than British. (There were other details that I'm not remembering.)
