VW Bus, LEGO Style
Macro Mondays 2.0: Interlocking plastic bricks
One of my favorite builds, the classic VW Bus. This one is very special, because I bought from my grandsons all their discarded LEGOs to exercise my mind and hands. Believe it or not, I discovered that the pieces of their VW Bus was among them! It took me a lot to rebuild this marvelous vehicle, but the reward was very sweet indeed!

Sehr schön dieser VW Bulli... ein Sammlerstück.
Es gab auch mal einen VW Käfer, aber der ist inzwischen sehr sehr teuer.
Lego sollte man nie so einfach wegwerfen, denn inzwischen weiß ich,
das viele Erwachsene daran ihren Spaß haben.
Sogar als kleine Wertanlage kann man manche Bausätze betrachten.
Die muss man dann natürlich in der OVP lassen und auf keinen Fall aufbauen. :))

I like it especially because my family owned a red and white VW bus when I was a kid (mid 1960s)
This is a wonderful picture of a wonderful construction!
Toys like Lego are so nice for giving children a chance to develop their creativity and dexterity. Much better than playing games on a smart phone!
