A lovely family album image Valerie, I'm a bit younger than Jeff I was 26 and 4 days. I don't think photos taken today will have the same value because of the vast amount taken. Don't just store them digitally, because there is the thought that technology could move on and reading stuff stored today could be difficult in the future, save them using high quality photo paper and ink. If you have any up to the age of 7 Marie-claire would like them in her group 'Baby Group' there are 3 of me that's all that exists

Thank you so much, Peter! I agree with you, digital photos are a dime a dozen, it seems. I do plan to make these all into hard copies. I have done a few already, and I am quite please with the results!

I do have a few baby pictures that I could share with Marie-claire's group. I will have to dig them up and get them "ready for prime time" first. ;-)

We were quite poor growing up, as my mother raised us alone, but one of the few luxuries she indulged in was taking pictures of us every year on special holidays, our birthdays and on vacation. So, as you can imagine, I have a lot to go through, lol! :-)

I love these old(ish) family photos. I was 26 and 221 days when this was taken. Tempus has definitely fugited. ;-)
My brother was 15 years older than I was, and I can only remember 1 photo of us taken together by a street photographer in London. I was about 12 or 13 at the time.

Isn't it amazing how fast the time flies, especially once you become adult!

I'm sorry to hear you don't have more than one photo of your brother and you together, Amelia, but I guess it makes that one photo so much more special. :-)
