Howard Somerville club has replied to Andy Rodker clubI'm just waiting for someone else to rubbish the picture, alleging inter alia that there's too much sky and not enough foreground.
Isisbridge club has replied to Howard Somerville clubRoy is currently indisposed, having dunked his way through too many ginger nuts. So, if I might give my own opinion, I think this is a very nice picture, though it could benefit from a few minor improvements. I agree with Andy that it's a very nice cloud (real or Shepperton?), but the teeniest crop from the uppermost billow would give a sense of even greater height, by allowing the eye to imagine the rest, rather than being abruptly cut off. A little more foreground would indeed have balanced it out better.
