I took and used my new 3-pound sledgehammer (Sony A7R and 24-105mm zoom) but what this achieved, I'm not sure. 61MP and a full-frame sensor notwithstanding, the results on Ipernity and Flickr being indistinguishable from those taken on smaller-sensor cameras.
For all that, the trip (contrary to my expectations immediately beforehand) did produce quite a reasonable number of pictures (albeit no truly outstanding ones), helped by the ability in PhotoShop to turn brown grass green.
I am about to upload the last remaining ones, including a classic view of Dunster, to remove the parked cars from which will be a magnum opus.
