That's unavoidable if the fish weather vane (a distinctive feature of this particular church) is included, which it should be. I could substitute a cloudy Shepperton sky if Roy would prefer that.

No, Roy likes the blue sky. But his eye is drawn to just that, rather than the tower.

So what does he suggest? The fish cannot be included without the sky. A more detailed Shepperton sky would distract from it even more, as well as from the main subject.

Nothing. It is irredeemable. He reckons you might have done better to take it from a different angle, but cannot say for sure when he has never been to the place.
